At last class ’s CES , Honda innovate the angry , wedge heel - shaped 0 Series EV concept . Last fall , North American diary keeper jaunt to Japanto see how Honda was progress toward bring the automobile to market . Surely , we all reckon , Honda would tone down the car ’s styling before it hits dealer lots—`there ’s no way that design will make it to production . We were half right , as this calendar week at CES , Honda reveal two 0 ( say as “ zero ” ) Series prototypes that look even wilder .

Honda , in its own estimation , was previous to the secret plan when it comes to electric cars . While other carmakers promise to shift entirely to EVs , Honda took a more metric approach , finally launch the Prologue , a crosswalk made in partnership with General Motors . Now , in an American market where interest in EVs is less than expected , Honda is hoping a totally new approach will discover traction with consumers .

Unlike the “ construct ” cars we saw last year , the “ epitome ” picture here represent something pretty nigh to what we ’ll see on dealer lots . The Honda 0 SUV will come first and , like theSaloon , will make use of novel manufacture processesto make a structure that maximize midland space and minimizes exercising weight . Mechanical systems like brake , steering , and hanging are computer controlled , and Honda claim they ’ll work together to make the 0 Series cars stable and fun to repulse .
