It ’s cut to make it seem like Dune is firing at Burr ’s unknown lineament , but the environs he ’s in feel very unlike — it almost look like the corridors of a Blockade contrabandist , very remindful of the style we saw inside the Tantive IV , or even Imperial vessel . That pull in it hard to pinpoint who Burr ’s working for : Is he a rival H.M.S. Bounty hunter , an passe - Imperial federal agent , or someone else entirely ?
