Using It
apparatus is minimal , and audio is really prima — while alternating between Bon Iver ’s “ Michicant ” and Kanye ’s “ Mercy , ” sometimes it was hard to tell the difference between Bluetooth and aux in from an iPhone . The improvements over the speakers ’ predecessor are obvious — bass part is wondrous smooth , though overall sound can be tone down over Bluetooth . But you have to be listening for flaw to notice them — clarity is terrific .
The Best Part
Extremely fast playback . Unlike AirPlay , which can remand over your wireless meshwork , pair with these speakers and switching tracks was near - clamant .
Tragic Flaw
Lack of input . No AirPlay , no optical — just Bluetooth and aux , which precludes these from being a unanimous budget home theatre setup .
This Is Weird…
A few times while testing , auditory sensation dropped out entirely , and the occasional incumbrance buzz nicked playback . Your mileage will vary based on what sort of radio wave are bound around your pad .
Should You Buy It?
This is problematical . The speakers look great and profound fantastic , but $ 300 is a lot for Bluetooth stereophonic .
