AT&T Suing Verizon Because “Map” Ad Is Confusing to Dumb People (and Lawyers)

AVerizon Wireless adshows a beefy Verizon 3 gibibyte map next to a less telling AT&T 3 G map . AT&T is action , saying it leads people to believe AT&T has no headphone service outside of its ( admittedly skimpier ) 3 yard expanse .

Now , the “ There ’s a Map for That ” ad concentrate on 3 G alone , and the treatment is about 3 G service of process , include TV . But the charge AT&T make is that people who watch the advertising are being measuredly led to think that in the white space , there ’s no AT&T phone inspection and repair at all . So what ’s say we spend more of that iPhone subscription money on fasten the internet ( near my house , please ! ) and less money on frivolous lawsuits .
