Antelope: Game Over

Every so often internet radio will just up and pass you a literal giving , a little obscure transonic candy you never would have eff about otherwise . And I have to give thanks ~2009 Pandora for handing me “ Game Over ” by Antelope .

According toa edit Wikipedia page , Antelope is an “ alternative rock ” ring that was active in Washington D.C. from 2001 to 2008 , with two EPs and one full - length album , Reflector . That ’s all beside the point though . The gunpoint is this : oh my god that bassline . It ’s just so fun . So hypnotically fun . “ Game Over ” has a very , very vampy manner , but what more could you ask for with a bassline that fun to heed to ?

If you listen to the residual of Antelope ’s clobber ( their ego - titled EP , for case ) , you ’ll feel they ’re something of a one - fast one trot , but the magic trick is dear enough that it does n’t really count .
